Extremely fast gear changes without having to reduce speed, decrease engine power or use a clutch are made possible thanks to the seven-speed SMG Drivelogic. The driver can choose between using paddles on the steering wheel or the shift lever on the central console. Maximum acceleration is made possible by Launch Control, which uses the optimum range of revs to shift through the gears automatically.
